Apple has announced that all apps submitted to their App Store must have a privacy policy as of October 2018. With that as background, we talk about privacy policies for mobile apps, websites, and SaaS products. We talk about why they are important for legal reasons and marketing reasons, how to account for third-party integrations and their use of personal information, and a few strategies for creating a privacy policy for your product.
